Start of my Adulthood
This was the date when I first believed I became an adult because I was starting my own life without my parents helping me. I was able to move forward with things and already had the knowledge and skills I needed. It wasn’t really about my biological age—it was more about my psychological age and a non-normative life event. There was just one specific situation I went through, and that made me become an adult earlier than 18 years old. -
2.3 - My current healthy lifestyle
A week ago, I decided to start eating healthier instead of relying on fast food. I’ve always maintain my physical health by walking and running daily, usually with my dog by my side. I’ve already made some changes. As a college student, I often forget to eat or just order food because I’m too focused on school and other responsibilities. That made it hard to keep up. This change got me thinking—college environments should do more to help students focus on health and wellness. To prevent diabetes -
Adult Attachment Style
I chose option B. The results showed I have very low anxiety and avoidance—which I completely disagree with. I have severe anxiety, but when it comes to my partner, I do feel a sense of relief. Still, he doesn’t take away my anxiety overall. For avoidance, I might agree with that part. I don’t really see myself as avoidant. It is a good age. Challenges.. what if life become much difficult due to financial high life in America.. -

2.4 - Potential consequences of my lifestyle.
Cancer and diabetes are running in my family's genes. That are two of my possibilities of risk factors for my health when I become older. There's an exact health condition I have that is not listed in the textbook -- Usher syndrome. It does affect my eye health when I become older as well. Usher syndrome could not be prevented or even cured. For cancer and diabetes, I always get check up annually. And be sure to take a blood test to see any futher health issues that can be addressed.
