2.3 My Current Healthy Lifestyle
Right now, my lifestyle is a mix of healthy and not-so-healthy habits. I do get physical activity from football and training, and I don’t smoke. But I don’t always eat enough fruits and vegetables, and I do eat fast food or snacks when I’m busy or stressed. I drink alcohol occasionally but not often. I don’t really use sunscreen. To be healthier, I could eat better, stay more consistent with exercise outside of sports, and take better care of my skin. -

1.1 The Beginning
I became an adult when I started college at Gallaudet in August 2021. Moving away from home and learning to manage school, football, and daily life on my own was a big shift. Being fully in the Deaf community helped me grow and accept who I am. That’s when I knew I was responsible for my own life and choices. -
2.4 Potential Consequences Of My Lifestyle
If I keep some of my current habits, I might face risks like diabetes, heart disease, or cancer by age 50, especially from eating junk food and not using sunscreen. But staying active and not smoking helps lower those risks. Small changes now, like eating better, could help prevent major health problems later.
