With proper facilities like clean water, food, and hygiene areas, refugees would have stability and dignity. This project would also revitalize a neglected property and benefit the city. -
Refugees in Kozani could support sectors like agriculture, livestock, and local crafts, where the region is already strong. They can help with farming, harvesting, and food production, including saffron and dairy products. Refugees may also create new businesses such as ethnic food shops or cultural services, enriching the local economy. -
Schools play a key role in integrating refugee students. My school can offer Greek language lessons and intercultural programs to help them adapt. Teachers can receive training, and students can participate in peer-support activities. Through cooperation and empathy, the school can create an inclusive environment where all students feel welcomed and supported. -
Refugees can bring economic and social benefits to Kozani. They can fill labor gaps in farming, construction, and services, helping local businesses. Their presence increases demand in the local market and supports population growth. Socially, multicultural interaction can enrich the community, promote understanding, and build a more open and dynamic society.
