According to the population and the existing facilities of Kozani,it is estimated that aproximately 2.000 refugees could be succesfully accomodated and integrated into the city's social fabric.This estimation takes into account the city's capacity to manage an increase in population without compromising social cohesion or the functioning of essential public services.
