My mom would read books to me since a young age, and this was my first exposure to reading. -
I would pick up books and pretend I was reading them although in reality I was just flipping through the pages. First time I was in "control" of my own reading. -
One of the books I vividly remember being exposed to and loving in kindergarten was The Very Hungry Caterpillar. -

This series truly made me love reading and I felt most proud of myself for accomplishing to read all the books.
