9/28 - No response from John Pavik. Sent 2nd email.
10/11 - Still no response. -
9/20 - Reported to HOST via email. No response.
9/24 - Reported to HOST via phone msg. No response.
10/7 - Car is now parked in St. Rose Church lot. -
9/20- Reported to HOST via email with photos attached. (Been there for months.)
9/28 - Called as no response to email. Left VOX.
10/7 - Still no response from Host. -
9/20, 9/24 - Between 9th and 10th. Been there for several weeks , growing trash field- very obvious. Emailed HOST.
9/28 - No response from email. Left VOX.
10/7 - Left VOX for Kelly Kuykendall.
10/10 - Kelly called back. Tent, trash and debris removed that day.
10/12 - Trash and tent gone, but a couch left on property. -
10/1 - St. Rose residents started contacting the SRPD regarding a man sleeping accross (and blocking) a sidewalk on Tenth Street during the day.
10/15 - Residents have contacted the SRPD almost daily regarding this person. The Fire Department and InResponse have been out multiple times. The person continues to block the sidewalk. -
10/7 -Multiple cars camping on Tenth, Washington, and Morgan Streets
10/10 - Contact contacted Parking Department about 3 car campers on Tenth Street. They will contact HOST. Cars moved that day.
10/11 - Cars back - now parked on Washington Street. -

Catholic Charities warming center open 24/7 this week, but camping still going on in neighborhood. 1/4/23 - Update: HOST says they have made outreach to this group several times without results.
1/5/23 - SRPD moved campers off property. -

Caritas expands drop-in center from M-F to M-Sat. with no notification to neighborhood by Caritas or the City.

CC says the "neighborhood" they patrol is only their block.
CC hasn't had required quarterly meeting with residents or reached out to City Manager or Council Members on monthly basis per contract. -
