    As a gifted child, Caspian was constantly pushed by his parents to study advanced math and computer science. Even though he excelled, he often felt pressured to meet almost impossible standards.
    This stage focuses on developing confidence through competence (industry) or feeling inadequate and unable to meet expectations (inferiority).
  • Identity vs. Role Confusion

    Identity vs. Role Confusion

    During his teenage years, Caspian discovered that his entire life had been manipulated, and even his parents weren't real. This shattered his sense of who he was and forced him to question his identity and purpose.
    The crisis in this stage centers on forming a clear sense of self and personal values (identity) versus becoming confused and uncertain about one's role in society and future (role confusion).
  • Intimacy vs. Isolation

    Intimacy vs. Isolation

    As an adult, Caspian struggled to connect with others after years of deception and loss. When he finally opened up to a girl named Maddie, he began to trust again and let someone truly understand him.
    This stage is about creating deep, meaningful, and committed relationships (intimacy) versus avoiding closeness and remaining emotionally alone and distant (isolation).
