In 2018, Kanawha County Schools hired me as a 9-12th English Teacher. As part of the onboarding process, teachers were given a new MacBook Air and an iPad. All students were given iPads to take home. Teachers and students would receive new technology every three years. Image from PC Mag. -

This would then inspire Jessica to collect data and present during the Graduate Symposium at Marshall University about social media technology in the classroom for learning in WV high schools.
