Here we have another art work in which the artist uses her self as the canvas to create her work. in this art work she uses chewing gum on her face to represent how society chews up women to get what they want only to spit them out once they serve what they wanted them for

Nela Hasanbegovic 2008, "postcriptum", self portrait Bosnia

Nela takes a different approach as she turns her own body into the art work making it a self portrait rather than an actual painting. here as we can see she has multiple paint marks across her body that almost look like deep cuts and wounds that could signify struggles she or other women face however this could change depending on how someone may translate it.

Camila Soato "Dialogismos mixturas n062" 2014, oil painting, 9ft 2in X 18ft sau Pablo Brazil

In this art Camila takes an already famous painting that shows man and god coming together and replaces the man with a woman. This in return shows a form of rebellion and challenges the traditional roll of showing a man in every major/ important event .

Alexandra Gallagher "Forbidden fruit" 2015, collage, 59.4cm X 84.1Cm, London UK

Alexandra takes another bible mention (Adam and eve) and turns it into her own artwork to represent woman. As we can see the main point of focus being the woman as its meant to represent woman being seen as the source of sin but in this collage it is meant to liberate woman from the male stereyotype.
