Period: 1955 to 2000 Grew the ranch from 1800 acres to over 12000 acres. 1962 Named Oklahoma's Outstanding Young Rancher-Farmer 1972 Received the Governors Conservation Award 1980 Name Bluestem Rancher of the Year 1982 Received an Outstanding Achievement Award from the Society of Range Management 2012 16th member Inducted into the Oklahoma Agriculture Hall of Fame 2013 He passed away
