The day I was born
I was born on January 20th, 2010. I was born at Huron Valley Hospital in Commerce Township, MI. My due date was actually February 5th so I was born a few weeks early. I was 6lb 8 oz and born at 8:02 pm at night. -

The Early Years
When I was first born my parents and I lived in a townhouse. My mom stayed home and watched me while my dad worked for the first 5 months of my life. When I was 6 months old my mom went back to work and my parents bought our first house. My mom worked days and my dad worked nights so they would switch off watching me. I the first grandchild for both families and I got lots of attention! -
1st Fourth of July & Tasting Watermelon!
My parents were pretty young when I was born (23 and 24) so I was the first grandkid for both families and would go to lots of family events. Everyone wanted to see me. I don't remember my 1st 4th of July myself because I was 6 months old but I have seen this picture a lot. It's meaningful to me because it is when I first had watermelon. 1st Birthday
For my 1st Birthday I had cake at home with my parents and grandma on my actual day. The picture is me in my highchair eating cake for the first time. Then on the weekend I had a party at Chuck E Cheese . I was already walking at 10 months so I ran around there for hours playing games. Because my birthday is in the winter I have had lots at indoor places like that. -
2nd Halloween, Buzzlightyear
Around 2 I really liked the movie Toy Story. My mom got me this Buzz Lightyear costume. I went trick or treating with my dad at my grandma's house. My mom was in law school taking classes at night. She had to meet us a little later after we started. -

Toddler Years Ages 3-5
During this time my mom and dad were both working and my mom was in law school nights and weekends. My grandma retired and began watching me most days. I started my obsession with ninja turtles and would only wear those slippers for almost a full year. Before age 4 I did not talk much and went to speech therapy. When I started pre-school at 4.5 I began talking right away. -
My Ninja Turtle Phase
From 3-5 I loved Ninja Turtles. I watched the show. I wore the clothes. I even carried little spatulas in the back of my shirt like swords. This picture shows me at the store with my grandma. My late great aunt posted in on her Facebook. -
Starting St. Patrick
I started kindergarten in August of 2015. I was not used to being around a lot of kids or away from home for more than a few hours. I started half days but after a few weeks, I was ready and went to full. I liked my teacher a lot. It is important to me because it was the start of my Christian school career. -

Growing up with my brother
Through elementary school I spent a lot of time with my little brother. My parents both worked a lot but my grandma would watch us after school until my mom got off work and in the summer. I liked teaching him how to dance to youtube videos and how to chase after me. We played at the beach my by grandma;s house a lot and went out on their boat. -
Baby Brother is Born
On 09/03/2015 my little brother Asher was born. I was happy to be a big brother. I was excited to see him grow and to help take care of him. My mom went right back to work after he was born so my grandma watched us both. He would come with my grandma to get me from school every day. -
Our First Halloween
My brother was only 2 months old. I was Batman and he was Robin. My mom even dressed as Batgirl. I went around my neighborhood and then ate candy and pizza. I would usually be so worn out I would fall asleep on the floor. -
Asher's Second Birthday
We went to the Sea Lie Aquarium. After that, we ate at Rainforest Cafe. I remember we both liked this wind tunnel that they let you go into at the aquarium. At Rainforest when I was little I used to get scared of the noises and animals. Asher on the other hand was not scared at all. -
Christmas Concert 2018
Each year we had a concert at Christmas at my school. This is really the first year I remember well. I always had to try hard to remember the songs but I was not nervous. I was happy my mom and dad and brother were able to come watch. This was around the time we were getting aware my brother had autism. He was playing all in the halls and both parents had to take turns chasing him. -
Dad gets dog Willow
My dad got a new dog, her name is Willow. He actually got her at the end of February but this picture I had is from April. She is the best dog ever. She loves to be chill and lay most of the time but also likes running the trials. When I am at my dad's she sleeps next to my bed. -
Frankenmuth Vacation
I have gone to Frankenmuth with my family several times. I love the arcade there and we get lots of tickets every time. I also like the pools and so does Asher. We usually stay just the weekend but we don't leave the hotel the entire time. I like going there because it does not take a long time to get there but is nice to get away. -
Covid Vacation
I took a trip up north with my mom and dad and brother in 2020. By August most of the stores and restaurants were open. We went to lake Michigan and I jumped into the waves. We also went on a sand dune ride. For the last part of the trip we stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City. -

Middle School years
A lot happened during this time. We had the covid lockdown with virtual school. I got used to wearing masks and spending a lot of time at home with family. We went on a beach vacation, and I prepared for my life in high school. It was the time that I feel went by the fastest. -
Madagascar Play
In 2022 I decided to try out for a play. I had two small parts as a cop and a lemur. I also sang with the group in several songs. I was proud of myself for doing something different and saying lines on stage. I had 3 performances and got more confident each time. It may be something I would try again. -
NYC with Mom
In October 2023 I took a trip to New York City with my mom. It was special because it was just me and her and we got to do and see lots of things. We stayed right by Rockefellar Center and walked everywhere. We also went to the 911 museum. That was sad but had lots of history I was interested in. -
Last Day of Middle School
I was sad but excited on my last day of Middle School. Being in the same school since I was 5 years old I knew everyone and made a lot of friends. I was also excited to take the next step in my life with high school. My best friend was moving away to Kentucky so that made not going to the same high school easier. We still talk and hang out virtually on the computer and I hope to visit this summer. -
Starting Lutheran Northwest
I was excited to start high school. I love that we can wear spirit wear every day. I am glad I made the choice to stay in a Christian school though it was a switch from Catholic to Lutheran. I live a lot closer to this school than I did my last one. The first year has been challenging but also went by very fast. -

High School - Present
High school has been rewarding and challenging. There have been times I felt much better than in middle school and there are certain subjects I love. I still struggle with organization and remembering things. I am happy I get to stay connected with my old friends but know I need to find time to make new ones at school as well. Overall I feel comfortable in the school and think things can only get better in future years.
