I remember walking into a Blockbuster store with my family on Friday nights, the fluorescent lights buzzing quietly above as we browsed through rows of DVD cases. -

Defination:a system for transmitting voices over a distance using wire or radio, by converting acoustic vibrations to electrical signals. Experience: I used the telephone to call my grandmother. It had been a while since we talked, and I wanted to check in on her. I picked up my phone, dialed her number, and waited as the line rang a few times. -
TV📺
Defination: high-definition television (HDTV) and the types of content available on it. Experience: My experience of this media is that there are only a few channels and no remote. -
Cellphone📱
Defination: a phone with access to a cellular radio system so it can be used over a wide area, without a physical connection to a network; a mobile phone. Experience: My experience is I can play online games they have camera to picture and so many apps -

Defination: YouTube is a website and online platform that enables users to upload, view, share, and interact with videos. Experience:Using YouTube back in the day felt like discovering a secret part of the internet. Around 2016 or 2017, it wasn’t the massive platform it is now—it looked simple, almost bare, with a white background, five-star rating system, and grainy thumbnails. -

Instagram
Defination: Instagram is a social networking service focused on photo and video sharing. Experience: Using Instagram back then there were no influencers, no algorithm messing with your feed, and definitely no Reels. It was just a simple app where you posted pictures—and maybe threw on a dramatic filter for flair. -
Tiktok
Defination: TikTok is a social media platform where users create, share, and discover short-form videos. Experience: Using TikTok back then—around 2019—felt like stepping into a chaotic, creative playground. It wasn’t as polished or brand-heavy as it is now. In fact, half the time it felt like the Wild West of the internet. And that’s exactly what made it fun. -
Facebook
Defination: Facebook, now part of Meta, is a social networking service and website that allows users to connect with friends, family, and communities online. Experience: Using Facebook back then was a totally different experience from what it is now. It felt fresh, exciting, and honestly kind of addictive—but in a simple, almost innocent way. -
