In elementary school, I used desktop computers in the library to take Accelerated Reader (AR) tests, which tested my reading comprehension.
-
I used a flash drive to save, store, and transfer data of files between computers.

Throughout elementary and middle school (and into high school it was also available) we accessed laptops through a rollable cart. We would use the laptops to write papers, make PowerPoint presentations, and research projects.

In high school, my school issued us iPads. I used it for many different purposes. For example, I could save a PDF of my teachers' PowerPoint presentations to an app called Procreate where I could then write my own notes directly on top of the slide decks using my stylus.

In high school, we used Google Drive to save our work (papers written on Google Doc and presentations made on Google Slides). We also learned how to make spreadsheets in Computer Applications class.

In high school, I was taught how to use scholarly search engines, to read academic journals for research papers.
