Pancakes anyone?

  • Step 1 : Gather all ingredients

    1 cup plain flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    Pinch of salt
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    2 tbsp melted butter or oil Get everything ready before you start—this makes things way easier!
  • Mix them together!

    In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Get the pan ready!

    Heat a non-stick pan or skillet on medium heat.
    Lightly grease with butter or oil.
  • Serve

    Plate them up and pair them with a fruit of your choice!
  • Add other ingredients

    Crack the egg into a separate bowl, add milk and melted butter. Whisk well.
    Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Cook

    Pour about 1/4 cup or one ladle-full of batter into the pan.
    Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
