Also known as Chauvet-Pont-d’Arc Cave.The chauvet cave paintings is situated near Vallon-Pont-d’Arc in the Ardèche region of southern France.
It has paintings of red bears, a owl, a large horse panel, red hand & mammoth, a panther panel, two black lions, a bison, fighting rhinos & horses, and finally a panel of lions. There is a bear skull alter as well. -
