I selected this form of promotional strategy because it motivates customers to come in more frequently to get punches and also excites customers when they get a free item. The image of the restaurant will be improved because we have a good deal with customers and can create good customer-employee relationships.

My contest is a monthly raffle, you get a ticket with every item purchased. There will be 1 draw per month and the winner of the contest will win a free item per day for an entire week of their personal choosing.

My traffic builder will be a free bakery item for every 50th customer. I chose this because we are still working to get our customers back and we don’t have too many people that we will lose a lot of money due to a free item only every 50th person. This improves the image of the restaurant because it shows that we pay our full attention to customers and take time to count them but also care enough to give them a free item!

A product sample will be a specific day of the week, once a week have a small version of a food or drink for customers to try and really promote this day so there are a bunch of people coming in to be persuaded to purchase the full version and increase sales to also gain old and new customers. The image of the restaurant will be improved because we have fun, interactive days of free small samples for customers to try new items and foods or drinks they’ve never bought before.
