    Pop up ads on social medias to allow people to quickly do their own research on the restaurant and see the changes that are being made. This will quickly combat the negative social media buzz.
  • Coupons

    The coupon would be an every fifth coffee is free punch card. These will be distributed on the same social media where the bad reviews were posted on. This will encourage people to come back on a consistent basis.
  • Coupon Plans

    Create a sort of “Happy Hour” whenever there is typically the fewest amount of people in the restaurant. I chose this because it will get people who are not typically in the store in the store. This will give the illusion it is very popular and more people will come.
  • Incentives

    A spinny wheel that a person can spin every time they purchase a coffee. This makes buying things more fun and encourages people to buy more.
  • Product Samples

    New products and seasonal drinks will be sampled. These will be distributed within the store to encourage them to immediately buy the product. This will show people that things are changing within the company.
