    We could Tilos as an example,if an island with only 500 inhabitants can accomodate about 70 refugees,then a city such as Kozani,with around 42,000, should be able to host approximately 5,000 refugees

    Refugges can stay in hotels which they will pay with the money from their allowance and abandoned houses and building wich will be repaired. For example they can live in "Ksenias" an old hotel-cafeteria which is now abandoned. But we can also establish a refugee camp where they can live which we can place in villages.

    As a town we can create employment opportunities for the refugges:Woman can be employed in house cleaning as waittresses at the local restaurants or as the local women cooperative. Men can be employed in farming or as craftsmen at local businesses of etc. pottery making.

    Local schools can donate old clothes, toys and food. We could also encourage older student to help younger refugee school children with homework whenever they can afford the time.They could also translate from english to greek.

    Refugees can hep our local community. They can spend the money from their allowance at local shops. We can also organie a ball, a charity or a bazaar where they will also spend money from their allowance
