British government tried to put taxes on imported goods. Taxes were used to fund the pay of judges and governors. -
Boston Massacre
British soldiers tried to protect a sentry from a crowd. They ended up killing five people. -
Gaspee Incident
After the night the Gaspee chased a merchant ship believed to be smuggling goods, a group of men boarded the ship. They set the ship on fire and injured the captain. -

-Ottawas attacked fort Detroit in May of 1763
-Native Americans killed/captured more than 600 people by late fall
-Fort Sandusky fell to them also killing 13 soldiers that were inside.
