We know Fiona is born the same year as Shrek, as they’re both 30 during Shrek 1, and we know she’s an Aries as proven by the “Shrek: From the swamp to the screen” art book, but we don’t know the exact date.

The Day in which Shrek was born into this world. During the song "I Think I Got You Beat" from the musical (which isn’t canon but helps give dates to place these events) Shrek mentions that the day he was kicked out of the swamp was his seventh birthday, while Fiona mentions that it was Christmas Eve when she got locked up that same day. According to this, Shrek was born on December 24. The Musical also proves Shrek was 30 during the first film, thus giving us our year. -
In “New Shrek! Kiss Donkey or a Monster | Would you rather?” Shrek reads a comment from Donkey about a Deluxe Magic Hands massage chair he’s been mentioning for his birthday. Assuming Donkey has been mentioning it, his birthday is probably soon.
Shrek 3 covers a few November dates and another new Shrek covers 12. Assuming the episodes take place the same day posted but in the correct year, that would place Donkeys birthday from around November 13-16. The year is a rough estimate. -
The Pig Who Cried Werewolf contains an appearance by Jack and Jill as children, who appear to be about 12 or 13 years old. While in the movie they look about 35 or so. Therefore, the short takes place in 1393 (in October for obvious reasons) during a full moon. (it took place on October 20) -
No confirmation but it’s likely Puss (and by extension, Kitty) were born around this time. -

For Puss In Boots we have to consider the holiday seen at the beginning of the film, Midsummer's Eve, which is June 23. Plus we know it happens on a Tuesday (Tuesday night dance contest). The closest year to 1422 when this happens is 1418. Therefore, it happens June 23-25, 1418. -
Puss, Kitty, and Humpty go on the quest to get the magic beans and get The Golden Goose. -
Puss returns to San Ricardo The Final Showdown occurs. -

The musical gives us the exact number of days that Fiona spends in the Dragon Keep, 8423 (the day Shrek and Donkey met), making the beginning of Shrek 1 take place on January 14, 1422. Also the musical assures us that they are both 30 years old during the events of the film. Anyway, This day is just the opening montage. -

On the Shrek 2 DVD, in an extra called Far Far Away Times, a newspaper appears telling the events that happened in the film as if they would be published the morning after, with the date Tuesday, June 10, 1422. The problem is that June 10 was a Monday. So we have to assume that it’s an error this newspaper was published on the morning of Sunday, June 9. Therefore Shrek 2 takes place between June 5 and 9, 1422. -
Shrek and crew arrive in Far Far Away and meet Fairy Godmother. -
Shrek and Donkey meet Puss and obtain The Happily Ever After potion. Day also lines up with Shrek saying “TGIF” in the factory. -
Shrek and Fiona become human, Donkey becomes a stallion, and the final showdown occurs between Fairy Godmother and the fairytale friends. -
The clock strikes midnight as Shrek and Fiona accept true loves form and have a fiesta! The Dronkeys are also born around this time. Then, around 8pm, Far Far Away Idol gets broadcasted. -
There is no evidence to determine the exact date of Shrek 3, But we can obtain information from Shrek The Halls using the lunar calendar. The Christmas Eve that year has a full moon, And the Christmas Eve with a full moon closest to 1422 is 1425. The kids were born pre-July proven by STH’s flashbacks having them at least 2 months old in July, putting them born in May 1425, With this, Shrek the Third would take place a few months before May 1425 (not exactly 9) so it would be in November 1424. -
Shrek and Fiona try their best filling in for Harold and Lillian, before Harold unexpectedly dies that night. -
Harold’s Funeral is held and Charming recruits the villains. -

His fifth death is the one that appears in the Trident and happens after Santa Coloma but close to PIB2 due to Goldi's appearance still being around a teen, despite Kitty saying she hasn’t seen Puss’ face since Santa Coloma. -

And analyzing once again the time that takes place in the film and the moons, the action would take place between May 30 and June 19, 1436. Shrek 5 messed with this however with Felicia being a teen, pushing this back to around 1442, assuming it’s around the same time as Shrek 5 given the ending. -
Puss retires at Mama Luna’s and gets renamed Pickles. -
Puss spends around 2 weeks at Mama Lunas.
