This program was offered during elementary school. It would test students typing skills and help you type faster. This helps students use the computer and improve reading comprehension from a young age. Typing skills, are ones that are very important given that technology is being implemented now more than ever.

Schoology was implemented from elementary school all the way to high school. Through Schoology we could submit assignments and take tests electronically. It also provided the grade book with all our scores. This made it easy for us to go away from papers tests and assignments to electronic ones. This also helped teachers with automatic grading and keeping track of grades electronically.

My teacher allowed us to either do a written portion or a video acting out and narrating a scene from a book, so we can analyze the characters.

When we were assigned projects that required research or information, my teachers gave us the option to do PowerPoints to present. It made it easy for us students to collaborate remotely and for students to see the presentation up closer. We could include videos and other media that supported our information.

Kahoot was implemented in my classrooms to test our knowledge before our exams. It acted as a study guide and gave a glimpse of what the test will be like. This gave us practice and our teacher an understanding of where we were at.

Kami is annotation tool that allowed me to markup my school readings in PDF and electronic form. Instead of marking up physical books or reading packets, I would find the PDF version and annotate them through this app. I could write comments and highlight any information. It was super helpful!
