my birth marks the start of my EI journey, without this event, there would be no emotional intelligence development. -
Going to school at the age of 4 started my social life with talking and interacting with other people that aren't my family -
1st grade was when I actually consciously remember making friends, sharing interest and developing social skills -
I joined the peace makers program at my elementary school, which arrived to solve conflicts through restorative practices instead of punishments. -
In the 4th grade I formed my friend group that would stay untill 8th grade
-
During my time in the peacemaker program I helped lots of people but during the 5th grade another kid from a lower grade who knew I was in the program came asking me for help because he was getting bullied. -
I now go to the varsity campus because there's two separate buildings -
At the start of freshman year about a month or so in the main friend group I still hang with today came together because we had the same gym class. -
It was then during the middle of sophomore years I realized I wanted to pursue art/animation as my career -
I turned 16 which is kind of masive -
Taking PPS( personal, professional skills) has opened my mind to lots of personal and professional skills as well develop my EI by informing me on it. -
This helps me develop a personal skill so that I can communicate with a wider margin of people to work with, developing my professional skills as well as to some extent EI.
