Is the United States government agency made by President Franklin D Roosevelt to help businesses recover with their practice codes in the Great Depression. This agency was able to eliminate unfair trading prices and reduce unemployment.
This agency is significant because it was able to help boost the marketing as well as the economy since businesses were starting to improve. -
Wagner Act
Created to protect the fight of Labor to organize in unions and bargain collectively.
The second significant because it is also known as the Nation Labor Relations Act which helped employees fight for better working conditions. -
Social Security Act
Was created in 1935 ,to provide General Welfare to citizens using a system of federal old-age. This also allowed many states to make Provisions for the elderly, and other dependent individuals who are not capable physically to provide for themselves.
this act is important because it gave everyone an equal chance of being able to provide for themselves with the natural resources they need, could help out the poor Tremendously. -
Court-packing plan
Created by FDR in 1937 which was a scheme that edit a new Justice to the Supreme Court for every member over 70 who would not retire.
This is significant because FDR wanted to overcome the courts objections to New Deal reforms meaning if FDR was able to please friends with in the Supreme Court then it would be easier for him to pass New Deal policies. -
Neutrality Act of 1939
This by the United States government which prevented the United States from being thrown into a foreign war by stating the United States.
This act is significant because it caused trade to occur with aggressive Nations putting them under cash-and-carry. Which prevented United States citizens from turning on belligerent ships. -
War Refugee board
Was established by President Franklin D Roosevelt in January 1944, this is an executive agency used to help victims of Nazi powers.
This agency is important because this agency was unable to worked with Jewish organizations that help them rescue Jews from Nazis territories.
