    Indra Nooyi joined PepsiCo in 1994 as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning. Her work focused on global strategy and the company’s growth opportunities.

    Nooyi was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PepsiCo, a position she held for several years. During this time, she played a crucial role in PepsiCo’s major acquisitions, including the merger with Quaker Oats in 2001.

  • STEPDOWN AS CEO

    Indra Nooyi announced that she would step down as PepsiCo's CEO after 12 years. She was succeeded by Ramon Laguarta.
