Was passed by Robert F. Wagner, which was amended in 1947 by the Tafy-Hartley Act, and happy again in 1959 by Landrum-Griffin Act which is currently still in effect today. -
Fair Labor Standards Act
F.L.S.A provided permanent federal protection for children in the work place. -

E.P.A was the first US legislation targeted to eliminate gender base pay inequalities. -
Civil Rights Act
C.R.A was passed making it illegal for employers to discriminate on the basis of race. -
Occupational Safety and Health Administration
O.S.H.A was passed to ensure safe and healthy working conditions. -
American's with Disabilities Act
A.D.A was established to expand protection for qualified individuals with a disability to provide reasonable accommodation.
