    Franz Ferdinand was on his way to visit Sarajevo and on his way his auto was bombed, he was assassinated and killed, Austrians were mad at Siberians thinking that it was them who killed him. This is significant because this started the tensions between the two because the Austrians thought that it was the Siberians so they wanted revenge.

    On this day Great Britian declares war on Germany, also the United States declares its neutrality because the president didn't want to go to war at that time. This is significant because this was when the big war started because of Germany wanting to start the war.

    In 1915 the Lusitania boat was carrying supplies with things for war when a German U-Boat comes up and sinks the boat killing 1201 people. The president Woodrow Wilson was very angered because of that and sent 4 diplomatic protests to Germany. How this is significant to the United States is that this made the president very mad because it had all of the supplies that he needed for the upcoming war, and he was angered because many people had died from the sinking of this ship.

    The president Woodrow Wilson is re-elected on this day and many people were happy because of the slogan "He kept us out of war." How this is significant is that many people were happy that they didn't have to go to war, but other countries wanted to go to war with America and were angered that the present wouldn't let it happen.

    On this day the British intercepted a telegram, this caused and outcry making many people scared and upset. The president Teddy Roosevelt he favored the American Military involvement in the war. How this was significant is because it made people scared and upset and the president couldn't have that so he had to take matters into his own hands and do something about it that would solve this problem.

    This day is where everything starts, just two days before this day the president does a speech saying how "Democracy needs to be saved" and then two days after that America decides to take war on Germany. This is significant because this is how all of the wars started from this one war because it created tension between all of the countries.

    On this day the first American Troops land in France. Just a couple days before this Germany is bombing London killing lots of people and making people scared for their lives. How this is significant is that this scared so many people because they didn't know if they were going to live or die, and they were frightened.

    On this day the Germans attack the French and now they are even more scared because it's getting worse. This is significant because the French are getting even more scared and they don't know what to do.

    On this day the war starts to die down with people starting to fire the very last shots in the war and its slowly coming to an end. This is significant because now everyone can start to be at peace since the war is starting to die down and they can live their lives.
  • The end

    On this day the German sign a 230-page treaty formally ending this World War 1. This is significant because the war has finally come to an end bring peace and happiness and everyone is happy because life can go back to how it was.
