Common Law
The common law consists of legal opinions from judges describing how they make their decisions in court. You would use the common law if you are having a dispute with someone, disagree with the law. The court will decide whether what you say is reasonable based on the judges first impression of you. It has helped our society become a better place because without the judges knowing how to make specific decisions there would be confusion about which person is innocent or guilty. -

An English Charter that obtains political and liberty rights. You sure can guarantee your rights. It states our reasonable rights and what we can do and what we cant. The rights remain simple so that we are able to obide by them without things getting out of hands. Like we all have equal rights, everyone is to be treated fair. -

The legislature of Great Britain forming the House of Commons. Parliament was established so that the lower classes have a chance to voice out what they have to say to there leader regarding limiting or checking his power. This is important because without it the people would be fighiting battles because somethings are going as planned. Others disagree with others decisions. -

An association of tribes from the North America trained to become a colony in New York. Its like being apart of a village you work together to build your shelter through the winter. You get along so that you guys can accomplish what you guys have done and say you guys did it. -

Separation of Powers
The three branches have seperate and independent responsibility for certain sections, each branch has the same power. I think its like similar to what each persons job is like we have our own things to do like cops they have there own responsibilites like looking out for trouble and students most of them are going to school. Depending upon the peoples they each have there own role to do. -

The people had a great deal of power.People disagreed for the most part. They didnt like the fact that they mustered the troops, and messed with taxes. People are still complaining about taxes and how they dont agree with messing with the troops. -
Mayflower Compact Signed
An agreement to land in Plymouth signed by Adult Males boarding the Mayflower Ship. Bound to live by their own laws. People live in a community and they are to live by the government laws or be subjected to law if they are going the wrong way and our caught. -

Supports divine rights and protection of laws. Its like going to trial for what you believe is right if someone is discrimination you cause your lower then them you have the right to go against that. -

LImits power of the monarch. Things cant go out of hand because others have the right to choose what they want to do and what to say. Not only does the monarch have power but others can speak up and be heard. Its the monarchs decision whether to listen or not. -

Talks about general will of a society, Not everyone is going to be included. The most powerful governement has the right to banish those against decisions. You do have a voice and everyone voice shall make a difference. -

List of the most important rights of a citizen of the country. The bill of rights states the rights we need to obide by since it is documented on paper and it is very important that we follow them.
