Biological- April.27th, 1989- I was born at Fisherman's Memorial Hospital in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. I was one of the last babies to be delivered in that hospital.

This would be from when I was born until Age 5.
According to Piaget's 4 Stages of Development- This time span would fall under The Sensorimotor Stage. -
This is when I started to walk.
Biological Skills Developing! -
Social/Emotional- This became tradition- Our family would go tenting/camping at Oakhill Pines every single summer since as far back as I can remember.

Biological/Physical Development- This is when I learned to ride a bike. My physical skills were developing during this stage.

Social Development- This is my second birthday- The kids in the photo are my family & friends- This is the age where I started to make friends for the first time! (Social Emotional)

Cognitive- This is when I started preschool- Age 4
Under Erik Erikson's Stages Of Psychosocial Development- This would be the initivate vs guilt stage. -
This is the age where I got my first pet- A cat named Cuddles. I would have been around 2 1/2 years old.

Social Development- This was my 4TH Birthday Party! This is also the age I started to make meaningful friendships with people in my neighbourhood.

This would be from age 5-13
According to Piagnet's Stages of Cognitive Development- This time span would fall under The Prepoperational Stage. -
Social/Emotional- I started Grade Primary. My teacher's name was Mrs. Sawler- She was really nice. This is the age where I started to make friends and meet new people. I was shy by nature, but it didn't take me long to warm up. I went to school at Centre Consolidated in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.

Social Development- This is when I went on a family trip with my parents and my older sister- camping on Cavendish Beach with my family.

Social/Emotional Development-This was when I was 6 years old- We went to Newfoundland for 2 weeks. The trip consisted of driving and taking a ferry, staying in hotels and with family; and meeting family I'd never met before. My parents and my sister and myself were on the trip. It was my first time being out of the province!

Every summer, we would go to Upper Clements Park for a week. This was something that became tradition in our family.

Social/Emotional Development- I went to Girl Guide Camp- My sister was a chaperone- so I didn't get homesick. I didn't spend much time away from home as a kid, for that reason.
According to Maslow's Theory- This would fall under the Love and Belonging Stage. -
Age 13-18
According to Piaget's 4 stages of Cognitive Development- This timespan would be under the Formal Operational Stage. -
Cognitive Development- Learning how to use my own thinking skills and forming my own opinion about things. This is the year that everyone thought the world was going to end. I remember waiting up until the the new year and being scared.

Social Development- This was when I went to my first concert- Nickelback- On Citadel Hill in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is the age when I started to go through puberty and like boys!

This was in Grade 9- Our entire class went to Quebec City and Montreal. This was my first time out of the province of Nova Scotia!

Biological Development- This is when I turned 16- I was a pretty wild teenager but this came to an end when I was pregnant with my first child.

Cognitive Development- This is when I graduated from Grade 9- According to Erik Erikson's Model- This would be under the Identity vs Role Confusion.

This would be from age 18-30

This would fall under the social developmental. This is the age when I started experimenting with alcohol, going to parties on the weekend, and socializing more.

Social Development- This is when my first niece was born- My sister and her were living in Ontario- Me & My Mom went there for a week!

Cognitive Development- Learning new skills...Started my first job at Irving- in Lunenburg, NS- I would go to school until 2:30, than right to work until 11PM.

Cognitive Development- I graduated from Lunenburg Jr/Sr High School with my grade 12 diploma! :)

Social/Emotional Development- I moved away from home and to Halifax immediatley after graduating high school. I moved there with my high school sweetheart and father of my oldest son. We rented a small one bedroom apartment in the city- Great memories!

Biological/Physical- My first child was born- It was a boy- I named him Damion! :)

Social Emotional- This is when I moved back to my hometown of Lunenburg, after living in the city for 3 years. I went through a bad breakup at this time. According to James Marcia- I would have struggled with Identity Diffusion.

Transition Stage- According to Levinson's Theory- This is when I met my sons father- my best friend, my rock, my better half...

Biological/Physical Development
I gave birth to my second boy- His name is River! -
Emotional Development- This is when I was put off work by my doctor for medical reasons and took some time to clear my head.

Cognitive Development- Continuous Learning- Graduated From Office Administration Course- NSCC Lunenburg Campus

This is when I worked for Elections Canada as an Information Officer. Cognitive Development!

Social Development- I was an accounts receivable clerk.
This is what I took in school, and I was very happy to land this position. -
Social Development- This is when I started to seek employment- I worked as a housekeeper for two summers- I loved the job!

This would be age 30+

Social/Cognitive Development-This is when I started work at Tim Hortons- Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. I stayed there for one year.

Emotional- This is when my doctor put me off work on stress leave. I was going through some things in my personal life at the time.

Social Development- This is when we moved from my hometown Lunenburg- To Bridgewater.

Physical Development- Biking the trails in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.

Social Development- This is when I became a member of the student association- Lunenburg Campus.

Cognitive/Social Development- Started College
According to James Marcia, at this stage of my life I would be dealing with Identity Achievement. -
Cognitive Development/Social Emotional- I accepted The Community Legacy Of Hope Award- This was a big accomplishment- The first award that I have ever received at NSCC.

Cognitive Development- Entered a 2 year program- Disability Support Services Program- NSCC Lunenburg Campus.

This is when my firstborn was officially a teenager. According to Baumrind Parenting Styles- I would say that I am a Permissive Parent.

This increased my self esteem and confidence! -
