Once Nazi Germany surrendered ending World War 2. The Big 3 were deciding what will happen during Post-War Europe. Many things were decided while Vietnam was kept as a minor problem. However because of this, communist activist Ho Chi Minh started to spread communism throughout Vietnam while enforcing it with a nationalist organization called the Viet Minh. -
SourceOn June 5, 1945 in Berlin-Wendenschloss the supreme commanders of the war all met up to sign the Berlin Declaration stating the surrender of Germany and the supreme authority of the four winning powers. The document stated how Berlin will be split in four. Berlin was controled by four administrators from the Allied Forces called the Allied Kommandatura. However, the tensions began to increase between the Western Powers and Soviet Union for power.
