The French and Indian War was also know as the six year war which occured from 1756 to 1763. During this 6 year war European imperalist fight over territory and who would become the first president of America. Both the French and British imperalist wanted to expand their countries frontier regions. Also in the North America originally in France, the French colonist along with their Native American allies who were against Great Britain. -

But what Ultimately caused the outbreak of the French and Indian War was the series of events in Ohio Valley River, the French and the British Governors had claimed as their land. Both colonies military forces built forts within that area and tired to conquer each other's forts. Later on an expedition was led by George Washington which escalated to the war between Great Britain and France. -

Also this war caused Britain to become in alot of debt paying for the wars expenses. The Treaty of Paris in 1763
this peace treaty was created in 1763 by a negotiation between Benjamin Franklin, Jorn Adams and john Jay with Great Britain. Within this treaty the British had permitted American independence. And yeilded East territory from Mississippi River all the way up to the United States, this allowed for western expansion. then George Washington lead an American and French group with the help of General Conte de Rochambeau captured General Charles Cornwallis in Yorktown. -

Pontiac's Rebellion of 1763
The Pontiac's war begin with a Confederacy of Native American warriors where the Ottawa Chief named Pontiac attacks the British Force. Pontiac Hadfield at stealing the fort later creating an army of Wyandottes, Ojibwas and Potawatemis. He would later use these people to fight another battle planned. then Chief Pontiac was able to expel Britain's from French land as well as take the closest. -

He was unable to gain access to the British fort by negotiating a peace treaty, this allowed him to forcibly take the Arsenal. But Pontiac's plan didn't go smoothly because Henry Galdwin a British major knew Pontiac's plans beginning a seige. -

when the French and Indian War had ended the British had established his proclamation to resolve the problem on settlers in roching on Indian lands. After this War the British Empire wanted to enhance its control over autonomous colonies. This division affected how many agreements would be made with in the Native Americans they even forbide them to not make any interactions with the natives. Only licensed traders could deal was with the Indians. The creation of this Proclamation decreased the chances of Native Americans being attacked by White settlers or vice versa. -

The Stamp Act was an Act passed by the British Parliament in 1765. This new tax law was applied to every American colonists and they had to pay taxes on items that require text to be paid for. The money that was collected from the colonists was used to pay for the cost of Defending and protecting the American frontier near the Appalachian Mountains. During this time. Taxes in colonial trade was implied as a way to regulate commerce. -

Also the Virginia House of Burgesses had voluntarily taken Patrick Henry Stamp Act resolves. The resolve stated that Americans and Englishmen had the same rights, which also states that Virginians do not have to pay taxes except those voted by the Virginia House of Burgesses. And the people who supported the right for Parliament to tax Virginians were considered an enemy of the colony. Later governor for a queer did not agree with the resolutions. -
