    Carrie wins Junior Wimbledon
    After competing in the tournament many times, Carrie Soto finally wins Junior Wimbledon and begins her official tennis career. pg. 42
  • Carrie gets a world record.

    Carrie gets a world record.
    Carrie set a record for most weeks at number one. She then won Wimbledon and the US Open. She then became the greatest tennis player at that time. However her attitude gets worse and people start referring to her by using hurtful names. This makes Carrie more eager to win. pg.75
  • Carrie retires for the first time

    Carrie retires for the first time
    After a knee surgery, Carrie struggles to recover and pulls out of the US Open. This leads to her first retirement. pg. 76

    After retiring from tennis, Carrie returns to the court for one last competition. Due to being in her late 30s, Carrie struggles with her physical health and loses. pg.133-154

    Carrie starts with a few successful rounds but injures her knee. She loses the round of sixteen and starts preparing for her next match. During this her relationship with Bowe gets stronger. pg. 208-214

    After flying home, Carrie's father goes into heart failure. Bowe stays home with him while Carrie flies out to start her next competition. pg 241-249

    Carrie's father and coach suffers from heart failure and is admitted to the hospital for a few weeks. Bowe stays with her father and they are both unable to spend the next round with Carrie. pg. 241-243
