A tax set on stamps and anything being packeged or mailed, it was set by Britian. -

A law passed that made American settlers have to provide food and lodging for any and all British troops that needed it. -

This came after the repeal of the Stamp Act and said that the British parliment has the same power in America that it did in Britian. -
