are painted drawings on cave walls or ceilings, mainly of prehistoric origin.
I think that those people used these cave paintings to draw series of events that had happened. -

Egyptian Papyrus
Papyrus is first known to have been used in ancient Egypt (at least as far back as the First Dynasty), as the papyrus plant was once abundant across the Nile Delta. It was also used throughout the Mediterranean region and in the Kingdom of Kush.
Egyptians used this as paper for their writings. -

Clay Tablets of Mesopotamia
In the Ancient Near East, clay tablets (Akkadian ṭuppu(m) were used as a writing medium, especially for writing in cuneiform, throughout the Bronze Age and well into the Iron Age.
I think people wrote on clay tablets because Mesopotamian scribes recorded daily events, trade, astronomy, and literature in it. -
Newspaper
is a serial publication containing news about current events, other informative articles about politics, sports, arts, and so on, and advertising.
Newspapers were the medium used for news and other announcements. -
INDUSTRIAL AGE
People used the power of steam, developed machine tools, established iron production, and the manufacturing of various products (including books through the printing press). Insight: In this age, communication was by papers and by mouth and the news and announcement and some shows were upgraded to motion picture by televisions. -
Printing Press
is a device for applying pressure to an inked surface resting upon a print medium (such as paper or cloth), thereby transferring the ink.
They print information for everyone to physically have copy. -

he Internet paved the way for faster communication and the creation of the social network. People advanced the use of microelectronics with the invention of personal computers, mobile devices, and wearable technology. Moreover, voice, image, sound and data are digitalized. We are now living in the information age.
In this age the technology has really excelled in various ways and most of its changes is with the communication people now can have and how it will only get better in the near future. -

The invention of the transistor ushered in the electronic age. People harnessed the power of transistors that led to the transistor radio, electronic circuits, and the early computers. In this age, long distance communication became more efficient.
For me this is the age of great changes in communication and technology, where people begin to get easier ways than before just with the help of eletronics. -

Radio
An instrument with the presence of radio waves to carry information transmitted through space to carry impulses. It is first used as source of entertainment, mostly seen in barrios.
I was exposed to Radios maybe on 2003 or 2004, because we used to go my grandparents' house, I would hear the radio playing all the time. -
Televisions
An instrument used to present moving images with the presence of sound. It is used to broadcast networks and with a very limited programs. Television is one of the most important inventions of the twentieth century.
I was exposed to it as young as 4 year old in 2004, my family and I would gather in the living room to watch tv shows together. -
Desktop Computers
A desktop computer is a personal computer designed for regular use at a single location on or near a desk or table due to its size and power requirements.
I was exposed to Computers since 2004 since there was computers where my mom works back then and I get to click buttons whenever I was there. -
Yahoo! Messenger
Yahoo! Messenger is an advertisement-supported instant messaging client and associated protocol provided by Yahoo!.
At a young age,my father would travel to different countries to work and to communicate we used this software so I was naturally exposed to it in 2005. -
DVD Player
DVD players that play audio CDs. DVD players are connected to a television to watch the DVD content, which could be a movie, a recorded TV show, or other content.
Having a DVD player made me watch countless of english cartoons and which helped me gain english skills for the future. -
Game Boy Advance
Game Boy Advance (GBA) is a 32-bit handheld video game console developed, manufactured and marketed by Nintendo as the successor to the Game Boy Color. GameBoy Advance was one of the first game consoles my siblings and I got, and it brought us simple joy when we played with my cousins back in the day. -
iPod Mini
The iPod Mini (stylized and marketed as the iPod mini) is an digital audio player that was designed and marketed by Apple Inc. A means of compressing a sound sequence into a very small file, to enable digital storage and transmission. Mp3/Mp4 players were my sister and I's companion on a silent ride to far away places, we would put earphones on and just get carried away in music. -
Skype
Skype is a telecommunications application software product that specializes in providing video chat and voice calls between computers, tablets, mobile devices, the Xbox One console, and smartwatches via the Internet and to regular telephones.
In 2007, my family decided to use Skype instead of the previous Yahoo! Messenger since it gave a better performance in video calls and messages. -
Digital Cameras
A digital camera or digicam is a camera that captures photographs in digital memory. Photos are a way of keeping memories and using digital cameras then were helpful for us to reminisce trips we've been through and events we've shared. -
PlayStation Portable (PSP)
The Sony PSP, which is short for PlayStation Portable, was a handheld game and multimedia entertainment console wherein games downloaded can be played, music and videos can be listened and watched as well. It also had the capability to access the internet which I personally used in my elementary days. -
YouTube
YouTube is a free video sharing website that makes it easy to watch online videos. You can even create and upload your own videos to share with others. I was exposed to Youtube in 2008. Viral and famous videos often start with this site and using this helped me connect to the world and what's happening in different parts of the world. -
Friendster
It was originally a social networking service website. Before Friendster was redesigned, the service allowed users to contact other members, maintain those contacts, and share online content and media with those contacts. It is now changed to a gaming site which changed in 2011.
Friendster was really popular and I also went into this fad in 2009 but deleted it soon after. -
Facebook
Facebook is a popular free social networking website that allows registered users to create profiles, upload photos and video, send messages and keep in touch with friends, family and colleagues.
I started Facebook on 2010 and have been using it since, it helped me connect to many people especially my long distant family members. -
Cellular Phones
A cellular phone is a telecommunication device that uses radio waves over a networked area (cells) and is served through a cell site or base station at a fixed location, enabling calls to transmit wirelessly over a wide range, to a fixed landline or via the Internet.
Although I already had a clear idea what a cellphone was, I was never exposed to it until in 2010 when I first got my own. It helped communicate with my family and some of my classmates. -
Wattpad
Wattpad is a community for readers and writers where one can discover new user-generated stories, spanning across different genres including classics, general fiction, historical fiction, non-fiction, poetry, spiritual, teen fiction among others.
On 2012, I was exposed to this mainly because of my sister who always read stories from the site, so I tried it and back then also tried to create my own story that I never finished. -
Laptop
Alternatively referred to as a notebook, a laptop is a portable computer that has most, or all, of the same abilities as a desktop, but is small enough for easy mobility. Portable computers run off AC power or batteries, such as NiMH, Nicad, or Li-ion packs, for several hours.
In 2013, Laptops became a help in doing school works and creating different content. -
Google Voice Search
Google Voice Search or Search by Voice is a Google product that allows users to use Google Search by speaking on a mobile phone or computer, i.e. have the device search for data upon entering information on what to search into the device by speaking.
Technology has come so far, that digital devices can recognize words and sentences from our own voices. I think it is one of the proof that we are heading for the future. -
Smartphones
A smartphone is a handheld personal computer with a mobile operating system and an integrated mobile broadband cellular network connection for voice, SMS, and Internet data communication; most if not all smartphones also support Wi-Fi.
Smartphones to me is an everyday need, since everything is in my phone, and I use it for most of the things I do and need to do.
