The Nazis coordinated attacks against Jews that became known as a nation wide riot. It gets its name from the shattered glass of Jewish stores. -
Mobile Killing Squads
After the German army invaded the Soviet Union, the moved to mass murder of the Jews. They ordered their special action squads made up of Nazi police to kill any Jews they could find. This 1/4 of Jews in Europe. -
Death Marches
Germany's army was the Allies were moving in on their concentration camps. Germany attempted their closest camps further into Germany, making them walk with no food and little rest, shooting the ones who couldn't keep up. -
The End of the Holocaust
Germany surrendered to the Allies, ending WWII in Europe.
