Paris is chosen to be the judge of the goddesses. Each goddess proposes a bribe to the man. Hera promises power, Athena promises battle success, and Aphrodite promises the most beautiful woman in the world.

Paris chooses Aphrodite and she informs him of who his woman is. Her name is Helen and she is the wife of the King of Sparta.

Paris abducts Helen and takes her back to Troy to be his wife.

As the Greeks make their way to Troy, the fleet of ships anger Artemis, who stops the winds from blowing and halts their journey.

As the Greeks arrive at Troy, the Trojan War begins.

Achilles warned the Greeks about this and they are almost destroyed by one of Apollo's fiery arrows because this Priest was a priest of Apollo.

Out of anger, Achilles withdraws his troops. The Greeks are doomed.

Hera makes Pandarus break the truce. Battle ensues

The Greeks were in a steady pace to win the war, but Zeus comes down from Olympus and begins fighting with the Trojans.

The Greeks are being pushed closer and closer to their ships. WIth Achilles not looking like he will return, the Greeks feel the fight is almost over.

In an attempt to give the Greeks an advantage, Hera takes Zeus and seduces him to get him off the battlefield.
Ajax nearly kills Hector -
As Zeus realizes what Hera has done, he commands Poseidon to stop aiding the Greeks. Poseidon obeys and the Trojans press forward.

Since Achilles would not reenter battle, Patrclus took Achilles' armor and dressed himself in it, leading the Myrmidons into battle. Hector then comes as the fight occurs and kills Patroclus.

Realizing she can't hold her son back any longer, Thetis allows Achilles to go back and fight for Patroclus. Achilles is given armor that was made by Hephaestus himself.

Leaving Hector outside the gates, the Trojans retreat inside their impenetraible walls through the Scaean Gates.

Wearing Achilles armor, Hector waits for his opponent. As the fight begins Hector realizes that Apollo is gone from his side and that Achilles has Athena at his side. Hector then begins to run until he is tricked into stopping.

After fierce fighting, Achilles kills Hector, and drags his body around on the ground, mutilating it. Hector is then given a proper funeral after Achilles realizes what he has done.

To replace Hector Memnon enters into battle and gives the Trojans the upper hand.

Achilles and Memnon fight and Memnon is killed, causing a Trojan retreat.

Helenus tells the Greeks to get Hercules' bow and arrow. That is the only way to win.

Philoctetes is given the bow and arrow, He then goes and right away, kills Paris.

An image of Athena, called the Palladium, was stolen by the Greeks so that the Trojans would not be protected anymore.

Odysseus suggests the Greeks build a large wooden horse as a fake offering to the Trojans and have the army sneak in at night.

The plan is a success and the Greeks massacre the Trojan, with the final blow being to throw Hector's son, Astyanax, off the city wall.
