This was the day of my birth. I was born at 3:26pm during the Florida/Alabama football game.

Today was the birth of my little brother Garett.

My dad was coaching football at Pasco High School. I became his mascot at four years old. This was me before a big game.
-
I had a late birthday, so I was not allowed to start school until I was 6 years old. This year I went to pre-school with my little brother.
-
This was my first year in elementary school. I went to a public school, but it was not traditional.
-
After I began school, I was allowed to join a regular little league cheerleading squad. My dad understood and was a good sport about it.
-
I moved to a new town and started going to a traditional elementary school.
-
I started cheerleading when I was four years old. This was the first year little league started in my new town. My squad had thirteen girls and we went to state!

We had two squads at my high school. Freshman could not make varsity, so all of the freshman girls who were on our eighth grade squad made junior varsity. They voted me to be the captain.
-
Even though we were two different squads we all worked together as one. That is my mom in the middle of everyone. She taught us everything we knew.
-
Mr. Showers, left, and Mr. Jinkins, right, are two of the brightest people I have ever known. They helped shape me into the person I am today. I was very fortunate to have such great teachers and mentors in the tenth grade.
-
For my sixteenth birthday, my parents invited all of my friends to a huge party. We all had a blast!
