    Primitive Adonism

    An ancient doctrine that was transmitted through the Chaldeans, Phoenicians, Persians, Egyptians and Greeks.

  • Franz is released from WW1 prison camp

    The town he was in was taken over by French forces and he and his wife were sent to a camp.

  • Franz is found in Germany

    Franz was caught doing spy work and was imprisoned for 4 years. During this time he wrote down his esoteric ideas and created Adonism.

  • Adonism is Founded

    Founded by Franz Sattler.

  • Adonistic Society is created

    The Adonistic Society survived up until the Nazis came along and made illegal every secret and esoteric society.

  • Financial Scandal

    With all the money-making activities that he was involved with, Franz became embroiled in a financial scandal in 1932.

  • The "End" of Adonism

    Nazis ordered the invasion of much of the rest of Europe which lead to World War II. Historical traces of Sättler disappeared.

  • Failed New Adonism

    Walter Koblizek attempted to recreate the Adonist Society. He published a brochure announcing the re-creation of the group, but nothing about it surfaced.
