I was born on January 22, 1976 to Roger and Ginger Mason at Mobile Infirmary in Mobile, Alabama. -
My sister, Keri Deanne is born.
Keri with her own daughter, Sandy Sue. -
Mom passes away.
My mom, Ginger Sue Mason died in a car accident. She was only 24 years old. This was a very sad time for our family. My dad never remarried. -
First Day of School
I attended Semmes Elementary in Semmes, Alabama. -
Logan Paige is born.
I had my first child, at age 16 and became a single mother. -
First experience with teaching children
In August, 1994 I began working in Mom's Day Out at Satsuma First Baptist Church and started substitute teaching at Satsuma Christian School. I would become a K-4 teacher the following school year. -
GED
I received my GED in May, 1995 and started teaching K-4 at Satsuma Christian School. I was a single mom, full time employee, and full time student. I was determined to provide and make a great life for Logan and me. -
I met my husband, Josh
Josh and I met at a small gym in Satsuma, Alabama -

Graduated from Faulkner State Community College in May, 2000 with an Associate's Degree in Elementary Education -
Josh and I were married
Josh and I were married May 17, 2003 at Satsuma First Baptist Church in Satsuma, Alabama. He is the love of my life and my best friend. -
Student Teaching at Chickasaw Magnet School
Mrs. Lami's second grade class left quite the impression in my heart. I will never forget them. They were a great bunch of kids! -
Graduated from the University of South Alabama
In May, 2005, I graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS in Elementary Education. -
Kaylee Sue Skidmore is born
Kaylee Sue is born .one day after my birthday. 7lbs 7ozs
Our baby girl. This was like starting all over for me. Logan was 13 years old. -
Award of Excellence
In 2008, I won the Award of Excellence. The Award of Excellence is annually given to SSI employees who exemplify traits consistent with exceptional customer service. Nominations are made by customers through the Client Website and each nominee is judged based on 15 different qualities. -
Joshua Jaxon Skidmore is born
Joshua Jaxon "Jax" is born 6lbs 12ozs
He is my sweet little man. He is also the only grandson with the Skidmore last name. -
First 5K Run
I started running in September, 2009. The Hurricane 5K was my first 5K and there were many to come after. -

I won the Award of Excellence for the Second Time. This was a great accomplishment and made me very proud. -
Say Goodbye to SSI
This was a very emotional day. After working at the SSI Group for 11 years, I called it quits to be a stay at home mom. -
Rededicated Life To Christ
In September, I rededicated my life to Christ and became a member of Creola First Baptist Church. Act 16'30-34. "What must I do to be saved?" - I'm glad you asked me that! "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved!" -
First Trip to Disney World... Where Dreams Do Come True
This was the our very first trip to Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. -

Back to School
I am back at the University of South Alabama to have my teaching certification reinstated.Hopefully, I will be able to get a job teaching in the fall.
