  • Act 1Scene 1

    Montague's and Capulet's servants fight in the street. Benvolio and Tybalt then fight.
    Romeo wants to win over Rosaline but she has no interest in him.

  • Act 1 Scene 2

    Capulet and Paris discuss an Arranged marriage for Juliet and Paris.
    Romeo and Benvolio get information that Rosaline has been invited to a Capulet party. Benvolio Suggests to crash the party to see women prettier than Rosaline.

  • Act 1 Scene 3

    Juliet is told about her arranged marriage to Paris.

  • Act 1 Scene 4

    Romeo, Mercutio, Benvolio and other frends get to the Capulet's party.

  • Act 1 Scene 5

    Tybalt finds that Romeo came to the party, and gets angry about it.
    Romeo and Juliet meet and fall in love.

    Romeo looks for Juliet, as Benvolio and Mercutio look fo Romeo.

    Romeo goes to Friar Laurence to arrange his wedding to Juliet.

  • Act 2 Scene 4

    Benvolio and Mercuitio look for Romeo still because Tybalt wants to challenge Romeo to a duel.
    The nurse arrives to talk to him about Juliet and Romeos marriage. Nurse warns Romeo hat he better not be playing with Juliet because Paris really does want to marry her.

  • Act 2 Scene 5

    Juliet gets annoyed by how long the nurse takes to talk to Romeo.
    The nurse arrives and tells Juliet Romeo's message.

  • Act 2 Scene 6

    Romeo and Juliet go to the friars cell and get married.

  • Act 3 Scene 1

    Mercutio and Benvolio find Tybalt, once Romeo arrives Tybalt challenges him. Romeo refuses causing Tybalt and Mercutio to fight.
    Mercutio is killed by Tybalt, so Romeo kills Tybalt.
    The Prince then banishes Romeo.

  • Act 3 Scene 2

    Juliet wishesfor night to come so she can see Romeo.
    She s informed of Tybalt's death and Romeo's banishment by the nurse.

  • Act 3 Scene 3

    Friar Laurence tells Romeo of his banishment.
    Nurse comes to bring Romeo to see Juliet.

  • Act 3 Scene 4

    Capulet decides that Juliet will marry Paris on Thursday.

  • Act 4 Scene 2

    Juliet comes home from her visit to Friar Laurence, and agrees to marry Paris, Knowing she will be "dead".
    A weding celebration for Juliet and Paris is being planned by Capulet.

  • Act 4 Scene 3

    Juliet drinks the drug that will make her seem dead.

  • Act 4 Scene 4

    through the night, into the morning, Capulet manages the wedding preparations, making sure everything is to be perfect.

  • Act 3 Scene 5

    After staying the night with Juliet, Romeo leaves for Mantua.
    Juliet is told she must marry Paris on Thursday, or she will no longer be a Capulet.

  • Act 4 Scene 1

    Paris discusses his wedding to Juliet with Friar Laurence.
    Juliet goes to Friar Laurence's cell, where he gives her a drug to make her seem dead so she can leave to be with Romeo in Mantua.
    Friar John is sent to Mantua with a message for Romeo explaining the plan for Romeo and Juliet to be together.

  • Act 4 Scene 4

    In the early morning Paris comes to the Capulet house, ready to be married.

  • Act 4 Scene 5

    The nurse finds Juliet "dead", while trying to wake her for the wedding.

  • Act 5 Scene 2

    Friar John comes back and stells Friar Laurence he could not deliver the message to Romeo.
    Friar Laurence writes Romeo another letter and goes to the Capulet Tomb to be with Juliet when she wakes.

  • Act 5 Scene 1

    Balthasar tells Romeo of Juliet's death.
    Romeo goes to an apothecary and buys poison from him.

  • Act 5 Scene 3

    Paris and his page go to Juliet's tomb.
    Romeo and Balthasar get to Juliet's tomb, Romeo sends him away once he gives him his suicide note.
    Romeo kills Paris and thepage goes to get the watchmen.
    Romeo kills himself.
    Juliet wakes up, Friar Laurence tries to get her to leave but she refuses.
    Friar leaves and Juliet kills herself.

  • Act 5 Scene 3

    The watchmen find the bodies.
    The watchmen send for Prince, Capulet, and Montague.
    Friar Laurence and Balthasar are captured.
    Prince, Capulet and Montague arrive, Lady Montague dies of grief.
    The Capulet and Montague fued finally ends after they finally see what its caused.
