Bilbo, the 13 Dwarves, and Gandalf party hard, and get ready to embark on an epic journy to recover treausre and destroy Smaug.

The expeditin runs into it's first problem...trolls. Gandalf bails them out, and they get Elvish Weapons from many generations ago.

The expedition stops in Rivendale to meet the Elves and Elrond.

The Expedition is captured by Goblins.

Mr. Baggins finds the Ring and is forced into the Riddle Game with Gollum.

The Expedition escapes from the goblins and are captured by Wargs.

The Exoedition is saved by the Lord of the Eagles and meet the skin-changer: Beorn.

The Expedition heads into Mirkwood and is tricked into going off the path. (The only advice given to them to survive the dark forest.) The are all captured except for Bilbo. He saves the day using new found confidence.

The Expedition escapes the spiders, but are captured by the Wood-elves of Mirkwood. The dwarves are captured and put into seperate cells. Bilbo helps them all escape using barrels to float down the Enchanted river to Lake Town

The Expedition makes it to Lake Town and are out of the barrels. They can see the Lonely Mountain. They are met by men with a warm welcome. A party is held in honor of the dwarves and their journey. Bilbo is apprehensive, but knows that he must go on.

The Expedition finally reaches Lonely Mountain. They set up camp and try to find a way into the mountain that isn't through the front gate. They see what is left of Dale and greatly fear Smaug.

The Expedition finds themselves trapped in the Lonely Mountain...but also finds themselves a pile of treasure (including the Arkenstone.) There's only one problem (sort of) there's no Smaug. Where is he?

The Expedition finds a way into Lonely Mountain and the Burglar does some burglaring. Bilbo plays a sort of riddle game with Smaug and gives him a little too much information. The dragon will make someone pay for disturbing his peace and quiet.

Smaug is finally found...on his way to destroy Laketown and all of its citizens. One brave citizen hears a thrush explain Smaug's weak spot, and with a direct hit from a back arrow, Smaug is dead. With Smaug dead, everyone wants a piece of the Dwarves' treasure: from Wood-elves to Goblins...they're coming.

News reaches Thorin Oakenshield and the drew that Smaug is dead. However, news is also brought that the Woodelves and the Lakemen are enroute and seek their share of treasure. The Expedition heads back into the mountain and fortifies the only entrance. The dwarves are not willing to give up any of their hardearned keep.

Mr. Baggins realizes that he has the ultimate bargaining tool to possibly end all of this madness and let him get back to The Shire. He sneaks out and does his bargaining.

And so it begins...Goblins and Wargs make their way to Lonely Mountain, just as Dain arrives to reinforce Thorin and his gang. The Battle of 5 Armies begins!

Many characters make another appearance to help fight the Goblins. The Lord of the Eagles (as foreshadowed by the narrator) as well as Beorn come to aide the dwarves. There are many casualties suffered (some important) and in the end Beorn, Gandalf, and Beorn make their way back West.

Gandalf and Mr. Baggins return to the Shire after making pit-stops along the way with Beorn and with the Elve in Rivendell. Bilbo gets back to his home where he has been presumed dead and his things are being auctioned off. Bilbo goes right back to living the life of a Baggins Hobbit.
