Chapter 1 school lockdown
The 3 boys jay, Kevin, Steve avoid the schools lockdown protocol, escaping to their own spot (school roof ) intrigued by the amount of police and artillery surrounding school -
Chapter 2 cops break in handcuff the boys
During school hours the police stormed into the school and decided to bust into reach for top class where haroon and Azeem where learning, also where the cops decided to handcuff the boys -
Chapter 3 the ride home reflection
Jay and Kevin are on their way home from football where they reflect on what's happening at their school and how theirs different races and religions. This is where the boys also reflect on the event that happened at the school the same day -
Chapter 4 haroons day
Haroon is having a deep conversation with his father about what happened at the school including the lockdown, police, media, and also all the arrests. His father also hears that he almost got arrested where his father was showing his parental concern. -
Chapter 5 players meeting
Mr.Pruit (football coach) arranges a meeting with the team, where they reflect on the event that happened at the school. He talks about how he wants his players to be safe and not to get involved in all the action -
Chapter 6 Fire at the school, Smoke bomb
During Haroons algebra class, him and Zana hear the fire alarm so they head to nearest exit, all classes head outside when Haroon notices theirs groups such as the Emos, goths, preps, nerds, spread around outside , someone notices smoke coming out window, the fireman come it was a smoke bomb and they suspect it was haroon -
Chapter 7 Kevin's racist remarks
On their way home from morning practice jay, Kevin, Steve review the events that happened at school including the smoke bomb, Kevin had to stop to get dog food and while they are in parking lot they see a Muslim woman who is blocking a parking spot. Kevin decides to go bananas, starts chirping the Muslim lady. As we can see Kevin is really racist -
Chapter 8 stay away from Browns
When the football team was called in for a meeting, their was no coach in the room it was the principle, he advised the team to stay away from the Browns lockers. And this is where Kevin asks about Husain and if he got punished -
Chapter 9 Azeem goes to court
Azeems court hearing, Julian persuades Haroon to go to the court hearing. Also Haroons parents are involved and they say that he should not get involved in all the camotion -
Chapter 10 trial on the TV
Jay gets home from a hard practice where when he gets home and he hears on the news. That their was a war in the Middle East and then all of a sudden the trial comes on the tv and jay says that the people in the courthouse look like characters outta a Star Wars movie. -
Chapter 11- Haroon disobeys parents orders
Haroons parents find out that Haroon went against their wishes and went to Azeems trial with Julian, Haroons mom gets in a argument with Zana for wearing abaya -
Chapter 12 - The boys get called over
Football team won their game against streetville, when they saw moose stumbling. He said it was from Ramadan, that he was so tired because of fasting, as they exit the school they notice the principal, vice principal, two cops. They get called over -
Chapter 13 - Brown town
Haroon Just finished reach for top practise, when Haroon and ms.Singh walk outside and see brown town defiled. Racial slurs are painted everywhere and the whole place is littered with ham -
Chapter 14 - school clean up
Jay and Steve and Moose had walked to brown town noticing the principal and students staring at bleachers that reads camal parking, sand monkey. So the principal didn't want to hurt reputation so he had a school clean up to clean bleachers -
Chapter 15- Assembly, Ramadan holiday
Theirs a special assembly and haroon notices the principal is very angry about the graffiti. And everyone is wishing eachother a happy ramadan. -
Chapter 16- Eid, volunteering
it is the day before Eid which is a muslim holiday, haroons parents volunteer at the food bank on the last day of ramadan. Julian is helping out also. -
Chapter 17- Church
Jay is at church during this chapter, getting bored out of his mind and wanting to fall asleep. Jay was noticing all of the technology that was in the church, priest was talking about terrorism in his speech -
Chapter 18- Julian quits football team
Jay, Kevin and Steve they are the Three Bears. In the first part of the book they have a confrontation with Julian. In which Kevin gets very upset with Julian because he quit the football team. They meet up with Zana kevin quotes her " Sand Monkey" -
Chapter 19- The video
Haroon has a uneventful morning in till he goes to Ms. Singhs class and before the class everyone is gathered around the DVD player and Haroon wonders what it is. Then someone starts talking to him about the party and someone makes a really rude comment saying” you should dress up as ypur sister. Then Mrs. Singh comes in and see’s the video tape and get s really upset. He then finds out that Hadi was watching a terrorist recruitment video. Then Mrs Singh confiscates it and Hadi begs for it bac -
Chapter 20- The contest revenge
Julian beats Jay, kevin, steve in the costume contest. Julian wins because all the brown kids cheered for him, kevin says. The boys plan alittle halloween attack. They meet at the school around 10pm to wear masks and dark clothing. -
Chapter 21- Reach for the top
Haroon is at the Reach for The Top show. All his family is there and Zana is wearing her hajib. Haroon says she is not the weirdest looking person there. Part way through the show the building is evacuated when a bomb threat is called in. -
Chapter 22- Eggs and tomatoes
in this chapter the boys are preparing for their attack on the coach of their rival team, and also a teacher from their school, and lastly the boys break a window on another house, the boys agree that they just crossed the line. -
Chapter 23- Savaged home
in this chapter the Badawi family was in a good mood while driving home, shooting jokes back and forth. But the second they entered their own driveway, their moods all plummeted.

Chapter 24- night recap
confrontation between Jay and Steve after the night of vandalism. All of the people that participated in the event were in a horrendous mood, mainly recalling the pot crashing through the window. -
Chapter 25- Reach for the top
This chapter is set at the day after the Reach for the Top team won the match. As a Reach for the Top winner, Haroon enjoys his new high status and feels like making a grand gesture to everyone. -
Chapter 26- Trouble
In this chapter the football team gets called down by the office, the team is shakin up, most are scared and in disbelief. Jay gets called in and hes struggling trying to talk to the principal. he doesnt want to fess up to who was involved. -
Chapter 27- Police car
Haroon is in the back of the police car, he wont tell the police officers anything. he mentions that he doesnt know who called in the bomb threat, and lastly the football team is scared of what might happen. -
Chapter 28- Sitting with Haroon
The cafeteria was filled with the different ethnisitys and groups. and Jay was approached by kevin where jay told him that he told haroon about everything that happened, kevin flipped out made a big scene in the cafeteria. That was ending of this book
