on this day Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria, heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne and his wife Sophie, Duchess of Hohenberg were assassinated in Sarajevo on 28 June 1914 which led to world war one because Austria thought serbia had somthing to do with it. -
The United Kingdom declaration of war upon Germany
this when all hell breaks lose because the United Kingdom declares war upon Germany and now everyone all gets involved and now it becomes a world war. -
The sinking of Lusitania
On this day this is when the German U boats sunk a U.S ship which made the U.S and Germany sign a peace treaty for the German not to blow up any U.S ships. but then the German blew up a U.S ship. -

On this day is when the congress has said that hey are going to declare war on Germany for sinking there ships and killing U.S Americans and then trying to get people to go to war on them to get land back. -
The first troops land in France
This is the day that U.S really joined the war by sending 14,000 men to France as the first batch of troops to fight in the war and all the troops were untrained and not ready for combat. But the U.S sent them in anyway. Which led the British and U.S to advance in the war. -

On this day is when Woodrow Wilson was Re-elected and was a president once again. And he beat out Charles Evans Hughes which was the Republican candidate. -

This is when the British had hacked the German code which led to them seeing that the German had been in contact with Mexico and that they had been trying to get them to go to war against the U.S and then the British had told the U.S and then the U.S had then declared way on Mexico. -
Woodrow Wilson signs the Sedition Act
This day is when Woodrow Wilson signed the Sedition Act which made it illegal to criticize the U.S government military or flag or to support enemy countries. -
World War I ended
On this day an armistice was signed between the Germans and the Allies. Which stated that Germany and Austria-Hungary had given up and basically had lost the war and the allies had won it. -
The Treaty of Versailles
This day there was a treaty signed between the Allies and Central Powers which had stated that the Allies had won the war and that the Central powers had lost it and that they would only act good from now on.
