Texting several residents to bury my post on FB concerning the Florida Statues and being grandfathered in for Leasing restrictions set by HOA's. Telling residents that I was driving Michele to drink and making jokes on my behalf.

For posting 2 truths on FB - (1) my camera, my neighbor and other residents saw Irene/Michele driving around in Irenes car after a heated HOA meeting the night before (2) Michele stated during the HOA meeting that Angela doesn't drive around on weekends or nights and we can park on the street then at our own risk.

Violation (planting 3 very small gardenia plants 24") I was given violation fee of $50 ... in order to close this violation I was instructed by Michele R. that I must plant more bushes - I ended planting about another 18+ plants in order to get this violation closed, then she stated that I had to remove one planter from my porch and then some planters from my back yard (no more than 3 allowed) As I finished one item, she kept adding items (verbally) as I finished them.

May 2nd is when they "claim" they took the photo, a day after I had completed working on my garden.

Shows that Michele used my old photo taken on 4/25 to give me a violation - I requested her to remove the violation so that I may run for the open seat and she refused.

Received multiple "verbal" violations off one violation after Michele called me ... she would not close the violation until I completed everything she verbally instructed me to do

Proof that she used the photo, that I provided her to prove I had completed the work, to give me a false violation

Violation for "weeds" using an old photo - Michele refused to come by and look at my yard after asking her to.

Michele texted Kelley asking her to run for open seat (Kathy Morales was selected) .... she told Kelley she did not want me on the board - Kelley and I did not know each other at the time and Michele was trying to stack the board with "friends". At this point, Michele had smeared my name so much, that they all thought I was some crazy lady.

Tom Caughlin (board member) suggested that I should be given the open board seat since I came in 3rd place in the 12/2021 votes - Michele said "hell no, absolutely not" in front of community while I was there. Humiliating.

Michele had instructed me to speak to her after the HOA meeting - she was speaking with residents so I left, I was tired and my anxiety was so high that I couldn't bring myself to do so - at this point my health was being affected, my BP started increasing during this time - thankfully, when I withdrew from her, my BP normalized - She texted me almost at 11pm!

Never rec'd a response from Angela or anyone on the board....the HOA kept the Welcoming committee with only 1 person on it.

They requested to view my phone to see if I was recording the convo - Michele took out an accordion folder, inside it she had several files. One was mine, it had every post I had posted on FB as well as posts I liked. I quickly realized that there was something very toxic and unhealthy so decided to go with what my Attorney advised me "play nice", fly under the radar, and vote them out when we can - I decided that I had to "fake" it until then to live in peace since my health was being affected.

Michele said that she "thought" someone photo shopped this post but yet she was one of 3 people (the other Sheri) who have admin rights to HER HOA page - how could they NOT know who anonymously posted?

This was posted by Michele - she was very upset that I was posting HOA notes on a residents page - during our talk in May she accused me of being a Susan Paul who had posted critical posts about the HOA ... she then accused my friend Heather and Christine of being this Susan Paul who turned out to either not be a resident or an anonymous resident.

She called me and said that there were many mentally ill people in our community and that the board had a target on their backs, that she had been threatened...If any of the board members were shot up, I would be legally held responsible as much as the person holding the gun because of my HOA notes. I realized I was not dealing with a mentally well person.

Michele has a rule that no one can copy and paste from her HOA page to the Residents page but she will allow her "bullies" to do so.

They believed that my friend/neighbor (Heather) had posted anonymously on the Residents page concerning issues with HOA ... Michele entered a post on her HOA page concerning this post on the residents page - blaming my friend and Susan Paul

I invited Michele to coffee, hoping that we could speak like neighbors, get to know each other on personal level. I asked her not to speak concerning HOA issues but only after 20 mins she was saying that Irene King hated me, that there were mentally ill residents, the HOA had a target on their backs. She spoke about a neighbor across the street & her HUD lawsuit. After my time with her, I realized she was not mentally healthy, she is toxic & incredibly conniving. I needed to play nice.

After HOA meeting I asked Michele to remove the parking violation (it had was my painters truck) so I could run for the board, she smiled and said no - that I signed up for the standards when I moved in. I asked her about the "weed" violation and she argued that they were weeds ... mind you, on a tampered photo that SHE falsified! **Election interference - Not only with me but others.

Post is anonymous, there are only 3 admins, Michele, Sheri, Clarice - They KNEW who this resident was ... but yet, the anonymous poster knew how many violations these people "pushing" for a candidate that wanted "no" rules had? Only a person on the HOA board would know violation information - I believe (among many others) Michele wrote this post - Clear Election Interference, Fear mongering with lies. Even if she did not write the post, she allowed the post on her page.

After smelling gas, I called Clearwater Utilities who came out the same day and stated that my meter had a leak and needed to be replaced - they said it was unusual to have to replace a gas meter that was only 12 years old since they normally last 20 years.

During HOA meeting Michele mentioned that board would be going back to 7 members after they had dropped the board to 5 members in Sept/2023 - I went up and spoke about the reason she was appointing those who came in 3rd/4th during in Dec election, she stated that is how they were going to do it, I suggested another community vote - she said no and I suggested that she was "packing the board" again. I also reminded her she kept me from being on the board in 2023 when the same scenario happened.

A resident thanked me for "starting to write notes again" and due to the urgency to see Michele removed, I was honest why I had stopped taking notes.

Michele joined the HOA discussion page just to reply to my post by showing personal texts between her and I to prove that I was not afraid of her, which in truth - I have nightmares about her. Other residents do as well.

After replacing my sod, I kept Angela Parker abreast of what was going on, someone turned off the water source to my sprinkler's - I was unaware of the water being shut off and kept noticing that my grass was browning and dying - after trying to run sprinklers manually and speaking to the Rachio tech, we discovered that the main water source had been shut off. I had to use a wrench to turn it on, it was very difficult to turn it back on, not an easy task for a kid or someone not prepared.
