    ‘Shorty’ standing at 5’6”, was most known for being the head of the Sinaloa Cartel, which manufactured meth, heroine, and marijuana, and smuggled multi-ton shipments of cocaine, along with the listed non-legal substances mentioned.

    With this technology, early detection, gene therapy, and an overall improvement of the practice of medicine was made possible.
