He led the nation in runs (107), RBI (96) and total bases (204) in 69 games as a freshman in 1986. In 1987, he had a NCAA-record 58-game hitting streak,[3] breaking the previous record of 47. -
Disturbance Handler
He's a disturbance handler because if you're a coach or even a player then you will get mad/ into fights with other coaches or other players. If you're a coach and one of your players gets into a fight you have to get in there and break it up. If you're a palyer then you have to avoid fighting or yelling. Even though Ventura has gotten into a fight himself. The picture is him when he didn't hit the ball and went up to the pitcher and tried to fight even though the pitcher was twice his age. -

He won his first Gold Glove Award for fielding excellence, set a team record for RBIs at third base, and led the AL in putouts. In 1992, Ventura won another Gold Glove and earned a spot on the All-Star team. (Leading by showing others how a real thrid basemen rolls. ) -

In a spring training game at Ed Smith Stadium, Ventura slid into home plate and caught his foot in the mud, suffering a broken and dislocated right ankle. The initial prognosis was that he would be lost for the season. However, Ventura returned on July 24. He organized how he would get back up there and keep playing again. -

He's conceptual as a coach because he can break down plays, remember the plays that went wrong to talk about improving after, and if somethings going the wrong direction he can solve it. -

He's an enterpreteur because he can throw in new plans. For example can change up the batting schedule as a coach or as a player he could have recommended ideas for the next game. -

He is a leader because he worked hard and stepped up to take control of the Chicago White Sox. He is also a leader in his earlier years of playing just being a role model. (For example when he hurt his anklel, when it was better he got right up and back in the game.) -

He puts players in places he would think they are good enough in, but usually just leaves them in the place they were at in the beginning, This is a part of becoming a coach, to make the team better and better. -

As a coach Robin should plan to who they are playing. If it's a really good team then he should make up a plan according to what the other team has been doing to try and trick them. He will usually give the team members signs as in: a sign for slide, bunt, slap, and many more. -

He's a resource allocator because he can set up games with other coaches and makes sure the players will be available. -

He has human relations because he has to deal with other coaches, his players, and the press about his baseball criteria.
