    This highlights the extent of the significance of the march. A woman sitting on top of the Earth while a man and time were out of it signifies how women started a timeless event that holds global impact to this day.

    By this point, Tsar Nicholas II had very little control over the revolts and dissatisfaction in Russia. The lack of support disregarded the Tsar's authority and power, which is shown through the Tsar and his son being comforted by an advisor, implying that the Tsar and his family were now less impactful figures even when compared to an advisor.
