    ESEA Public Law
    The Elementary and Secondary Educational Act (ESEA) provided funding and support to families of low income to help them get access to high-quality education programs. Also, students in disadvantaged communities were able to receive free and reduced lunch. Children in need of additional support could also benefit from public school education programs.

    The VRA bans discrimination against individuals with disabilities in programs that are federally funded. Section 504 prohibits organizations and employers from denying the access to an equal opportunity to receive program benefits and services.
