    Adolf HItler in March of 1939 ordered an army of German soldiers to invade Czechoslovakia. Which eventually lead to the occupation of Prague. This invasion was part of this strategy to expand German territory and gain dominance in Europe.

    the battle of Stalingrad had to be one of the most decisive battles of WW2. With the Soviet Union performing a great defeat for the German troops in an important city around the Volga River Which was later named after the Soviet leader Joseph Stalin.

    after Hitler had commited suicide a month prior the allies demanded that Germany surrender and they had now choice but to throw in the towel and surrender. since Hitler couldn't sign the document Gen. Alfred Jodl signed on his behalf and two other generals signed for the US and The Soviet Union.

    Because the US wanted to reduce the number of Lives lost by American Troops they had two nuclear bombs created to force a Japan to surrender. these two bombs that were dropped had killed between 150,000 - 246,000 Japanese civilians. this was the only time nuclear weapons were used in any type of warfare.
