French-Indian War
It was known as the Seven Years war the war began in 1754 between England and France, it ended with the Treaty of Paris in 1763. It was caused because of a dispute over the control of the Ohio River Valley. The British won the war but it caused them to be in debt so it resorted to them taxing the colonists.
