    The stamp act was a British rule. It required colonists to pay tax on all stamps. This also included all legal documents with British stamps

    This imposed taxes on British things going to America. This included glass, paper, lead, paint, and tea.

    This war started because a British soldier fired into a crowd of people, killing 5. The British were not declared the winners. Although, the war favored them in a way.

    This was passed by the British in 1774. This was in response to the Boston Tea Party. Their point of this was to assert British authority over American colonies.

    This was known as the first military engagements of the Revolutionary War. This happened in Massachusetts between the British and America. This caused tension to grow between Britain and America

    This was was in Trenton, New Jersey. George Washington led the army. They did a surprise attack on German troops.

    This was one of the last major land battles of the American Revolution. American troops and French troops defeated the British troops. This war happened because the British commander moved his troops to Yorktown, Virginia

    The Treaty of Paris ended the American Revolutionary War. It was signed in Paris between the United States and Great Britain. This officially recognized the United States as an independent Nation

    This was ratified, meaning officially approved and adopted. This made the constitution the official framework for the government of the United States.
